Where It All Started

Art by JTBOLLY was born during one of the toughest seasons of my life. I was rebuilding from the ground up — working through addiction, heavy emotions, and the long process of trying to become someone I could be proud of.

In the middle of all that, art became the one steady thing I could hold onto. It gave me a place to breathe. A space to release. A way to turn everything I was feeling into something that actually meant something.

Over time, creating stopped being a hobby and started becoming my lifeline. It helped me reconnect with who I wanted to be and showed me there was still something worth building toward.

Why Fluid Art

Fluid art grabbed me right away because it mirrors real life — unpredictable, messy, emotional, and always shifting into something new.

The flowing colors, the movement, the freedom… it all felt like a visual version of healing.

My digital fluid art carries that same spirit. It’s intuitive, expressive, and alive. Every piece captures motion and transformation — the idea that everything can change, and often for the better.

Behind the Art: How I Choose Color

Color is where the whole journey starts.

Some palettes come from pure accident — those “no way that actually worked” moments. Others spark from random everyday life:

• the sky on the drive home
• neon signs at night
• favorite album covers
• a coffee spill that made a cool shape

If something hits me emotionally, there’s a good chance it ends up inspiring a piece. That’s the beauty of fluid art — anything can become part of the story.
