Yes, restrictions vary by collection:

• Open Collection: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw digital files as a standalone product. Attribution required.
• Premium Collection: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw digital files as a standalone product. Attribution required.
• Royalty-Free Collection: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw digital files as a standalone product. Attribution not required.

Which collection should I choose?

• Choose Open Collection if you want to try our art and don't mind providing attribution
• Choose Premium Collection if you want more color options and are comfortable providing attribution
• Choose Royalty-Free Collection if you need maximum flexibility, don't want to provide attribution, or are working on professional client projects

Pricing & Payment

How much do your products cost?

• Open Collection: $5
• Premium Collection: $25 USD per bundle
• Royalty-Free Collection: $60 USD per bundle

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods through Shopify Payments, including credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment gateways. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Are there any taxes?

Taxes, if applicable, are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Downloads & Technical

What file format are the downloads?

All digital art files are provided in high-resolution JPG format, ready for immediate use.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at artby@jtbolly.com and we'll resend your files right away.

Can I re-download my files?

Yes! If you created an account during checkout, you can log in anytime to access your previous purchases and re-download your files.

What if my file is corrupted or won't download?

Contact us immediately at artby@jtbolly.com. We'll make sure you get the correct, working files as quickly as possible.

Refunds & Returns

Can I get a refund?

All digital products are non-refundable due to their instant delivery nature. Once you have access to or download the files, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

What if I received the wrong product?

If you received an incorrect file or a corrupted download, contact us at artby@jtbolly.com and we'll send you the correct files immediately.

What about the EU 14-day cooling-off period?

If you're located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days. However, by purchasing and downloading digital files, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Do you ship physical products?

No. All products are digital downloads only. Nothing physical will be mailed to you, and there are no shipping fees.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is instant! Your download link is sent immediately after your payment is processed.
